How does the palette generator work?
Our tool uses color theory mathematics to generate schemes. By converting your chosen HEX code into the HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) color space, we can rotate the "Hue" along the 360-degree color wheel. For example, shifting the hue by exactly 180 degrees gives the perfect complementary color, while shifting it by 120 and 240 degrees creates a vibrant triadic scheme.

How do I use these palettes in Web Design?
A standard approach is the 60-30-10 rule. Use your base color for 60% of the design (backgrounds, large areas), your secondary analogous or monochromatic color for 30% (headers, footers, cards), and your complementary contrast color for 10% (buttons, links, and important alerts).
Are the generated colors accessible?
